Shopping Cart Walkthrough
If you are having difficulty using the shopping cart, every step of ordering a product is outlined here. If you still have difficulty, the cart may not be functioning properly on your system. In that case, please order using our standard on-line ordering form (standard HTML form, no JavaScript or cookies needed) or by mail, phone or fax.

Choosing Products

Browse our site for your desired products. You can put an item in the cart anywhere you see an "Add To Cart" button. If you do not see a button for a particular item, it is likely because the item has different versions or options that you need to choose from at the page for that product. When you click, you will be asked to confirm the item and can decline to add it if you wish. A sample product description is below. Clicking the button below will add Multilingual Books FSI Saudi Arabic Basic Course to the cart. Go ahead and do this if you wish; you can easily clear the cart later or simply not complete the order.

Checking and Changing the Cart

Whenever you wish to check your order, view your cart by clicking "Check Cart" at the top of any shopping page. The "Shopping Cart Contents" page will load. At this point you can order the items in the cart through our secure server, go back and continue shopping, add or remove items, or empty the cart, using the buttons on the page. To change the quantity of items, change the number in the quantity field and click the "Update Cart" button. If you are following along with a sample order, go to the top of this page and click "Check Cart" to try it out. |

Completing Your Order

Once you are ready to order, click the "Order Items" button on the cart contents page. At this point you still have the option of returning to the cart contents page for any necessary changes. Fill in the order form and click the "Order Now" button, and your order will soon be on its way to you! This concludes our tour of the shopping cart process.
