When faxing, use our printable ordering form! This is not for ordering over the web (please use the cart system for web orders), but rather is intended to aid you when ordering by mail or fax.

Error Policy
We reserve the right to correct errors on our site. Although we do our very best (and succeed 99%) in keeping our web site information current and accurate, sometimes a mistake gets by or something changes before a new page can be posted. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracy. In the event that an error or change affects your order, you will be informed and given the opportunity to change your order before any charge is made.
Payment Policy
We accept credit cards (Visa, MC, AmEx, Discover), money orders, international money orders, checks, and purchase orders from corporations and government institutions. Invoicing and terms can be arranged on approval. For international orders, we accept credit cards or international money orders.

Rush Shipping
If you need to make a rush shipping order, please contact us at or call us at 1-(800) 609 6211 to give us information about what your specific needs are along with your email address and other contact information, and we will contact you and work out the details.
Domestic (US) Orders
Our goal is to provide our customers with the most reliable, economic, and faster service possible. Regular shipments will be sent by UPS, or USPS PRIORITY MAIL. If you have a preference please specify. For questions about shipping please e-mail .

International Orders
Important Notes: All international shipments are subject to local duties and taxes. These taxes are in addition to what you pay us for the product and shipping. They may be collected by your customs office or by the UPS broker in your country. We do not receive any benefit from these taxes, nor can we predict or alter the amount charged by local customs officers. All local taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the recipient. If you have concerns regarding duties please contact your local customs office. A reliable local contact phone number is mandatory for shipments to foreign countries.
Special Terms and Conditions: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN WE ACCEPT RETURN OF SHIPMENTS REFUSED BY THE CUSTOMER BECAUSE OF LOCAL DUTIES OR TAXES. BECAUSE OF THE EXTRAORDINARY EXPENSE INVOLVED WE CANNOT RETRIEVE SUCH PACKAGES AND THEY MUST BE ABANDONED IN CUSTOMS. ABANDONED SHIPMENTS CAN RECEIVE NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE CREDIT.
To best serve you we use UPS Worldwide Express or USPS International Express (EMS) for service on most international orders. Both methods provide fast, trackable and insured shipping. Time in transit for UPS is 2-3 business days to major European centers. Asian and African shipments will take 4-6 business days. USPS Express shipments will often take longer. Because customs can cause delays we cannot always guarantee delivery dates for international shipments. If time is essential to your order please inquire.
UPS cannot serve PO Boxes except in some Mid-Eastern and African nations.
We use USPS Global Priority for small items valued under $75.00. This service is not available in all countries.

USPS Global Priority Mail Shipping Rates
This usually takes 4-6 days for delivery (not guaranteed); no tracking or insurance is available, and is not available in all countries.
It will be used only for small items valued under $75, and the price for up to one pound is $15.
Both USPS & UPS, have tracking and insurance up to $100.00. They take about the same time for delivery. We will usually ship by UPS unless you specify a preference. USPS express service is not available to all countries, or all locations in some countries. UPS does not serve all countries. Other restrictions may apply. In some areas where security is a concern we will ship only by UPS.
