Our shopping cart system requires a recent version (4+ is best) of the Netscape or Internet Explorer browsers with JavaScript and cookies enabled. If your system doesn't meet these requirements or if you have any difficulty, you can still order using our standard on-line ordering form or by mail, phone or fax. The cart system uses SSL encryption for your safety.

Is the cart safe to use?
Yes. The cart system uses SSL encryption for your safety at the point of ordering. This is the industry-wide standard for data transaction safety. All order data remains on your computer until that point.

The shipping cost seems wrong...
Calculating shipping cost can be a complex process, especially in the case of large orders and foreign orders. Shipping for foreign orders especially can seem expensive, due to the rates for the insured private carriers such as UPS that we use to be sure that orders arrive promptly and in good condition. Our system gives a shipping estimate that will be correct in most cases. The actual charge may be less, and in any case we will not charge more than estimated without contacting you for your approval. If you have questions about your shipping costs, please contact us.
